Cabaïa approached us to design a 3D customization experience for their existing website and mobile app, allowing users to personalize their backpacks in real time from colors to interchangeable pouches.
As the lead designer, I was in charge of crafting a seamless user journey across desktop and mobile, aligned with their target personas.
I worked on the storyboard, defined key interactions, and ensured a consistent integration of the brand’s visual identity within an interactive 3D environment.
